Payment Questions
Yes. We are a participating dentist with Rochester area Excellus Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Health Economics and Guardian Insurance.
We will gladly process all of your claims on your behalf. We also accept assignment of benefit from most insurance companies. (Please note that the Patient is responsible for any amount NOT covered by insurance at the time services are rendered.).
We accept cash, checks and major credit cards (Master Card, Visa and Discover).
It is an honor bestowed on less than 6% of dentists across the United States. Fellowship requires, among other qualifications, extensive training (over 500 hours of Continuing Education) and passing a dental disciplines test that strongly emphasizes clinical applications of accepted dental knowledge, techniques, and procedures. It means that Dr. Blum is recognized as a dental professional that has gone above and beyond the typical dentist in terms of training and dedication to the profession of dentistry.
